The GSPCA are appealing for towels as with the wet cold weather the team see an increase in their use.
From Rupert the oiled guillemot to Temperance the seal pup with over 500 animals at the GSPCA and many arriving sick or injured due to the bad weather we really need your help.
Beckie Bailey Animal Care Assistant "We are desperate for towels at the GSPCA to help the animals in our care."
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said "From bedding to using them to handle animals we use towels in all of the animal departments at the GSPCA and we are appealing for more as we are going through many due to the time of year and number of animals at the GSPCA."
"Our reception is open 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 4pm Sunday but there is always someone at the GSPCA 24/7 to drop them in where we are based on Rue des Truchots in St Andrews."
