Nordben Life and Pension Insurance Co. Limited staff working extremely hard to help the GSPCA Memorial Garden & Grounds

Last Thursday a team of staff from Nordben Life and Pension Insurance Co. Limited gave up a day in the office to help out at the GSPCA and they certainly worked extremely hard helping the Shelter in St Andrews.
Paul Allaway, Andy Longson, Tina Smith, Marie Streeting, Dani Kirby, Esme Bishop, Mike Le Huray, Warwick Helps, Heather Le Conte, Simon Lodge from Nordben Life and Pension Insurance Co. Limited arrived just after 9am for a short induction, a quick picture while they were clean and tidy before setting to work helping the Work to Benefit team with the GSPCA Memorial Garden and grounds.
Not only did the wonderful team give up a day in the office to help at the GSPCA, they also had two wonderful donations to help with the project work on the grounds from Nordben Life and Pension Insurance Co. Limited and also money that the staff had raised with events the have had in the office to help the animals in our care.
After an extremely hard days work GSPCA Manager Steve Byrne took the team from Nordben Life and Pension Insurance Co. Limited for a guided tour where they saw many of the 500+ animals at the GSPCA.
Before the group left and after the tour the team got a thank you certificate for all of their hard work and also a special certificate for their office.
The work the team helped with is in conjunction with the Going, Going, Gone Wild Project the GSPCA have with St Andrews Floral Group around the GSPCA site helping the wildlife and make the grounds look nice for the many visitors.
The Memorial Garden in particular is an important area at the GSPCA we are improving for those that have been bereaved from the loss of a pet.
We are currently appealing for granite to help with the work for this area and anyone that can help please do let us know at the GSPCA.
