Robin is a male adult stray cat that came in extremely thin with multiple health problems.

When first found he even smelt as though he had been living out of a bin for some time.

With no owner found, Robin who has a lovely nature is in desperate need for your help and requires major surgery on his head to remove growths from both ears.

Anna Paint Senior Animal Care Assistant said 'Robin is adorable and has been through a lot already and we now need help to get his ears operated on.'

'Without the operation and if he hadn't of been rescued his health would have got worse and he may not have made it, but he now has a chance.'

'We need to raise at least £350, and we are appealing for donations to help Robin have a second chance in a better life.'

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said 'We currently have 58 cats at the GSPCA that have come in as strays, rescued, unwanted or through no fault of their own.'

'Each one comes with his or her story and we have so many in need of new homes.'

'Robin is a very special chap who has been through so much and we are hoping to find his Batman or Batwoman that will help towards his operation.'
