The Guernsey Health Show is completely free to attend – no need to buy tickets, just turn up on the day. It is a family event so please bring the whole family – from grandkids to grandparents, everyone is welcome
Their first event in January 2017 was the very first health, fitness and wellbeing tradeshow in the Channel Islands.
Sunday 14 January 2018 will see the successful show return to Les Beaucamps High School. There will be 6 zones to explore with prizes, giveaways and lots of information on offer.
Starting at 10am and finishing at 4pm please support this wonderful event.

Healthy lifestyle exhibitors will be returning to the popular zones from 2017 – Sport & Fitness, Healthy & Wellbeing, Mental Health, Beauty & Anti-Ageing and Nutrition.
The GSPCA will be joining them this year in the kids zone where you can find out about our work, speak to Steve and the team, find out about volunteering, play some of the games we will have on offer and possibly get to meet some special visitors………
