Why not get a special gift for a loved one this Christmas.
This is your opportunity to give a gift of or for you to visit behind the scenes at our Animal Shelter in St Andrews and see the work being carried out for the new build.
Between Christmas and New Years Day we are running guided tours around the Animal Shelter and have gift certificates that can be collected from the reception desk for those wanting to give a tour as a present.
We are arranging the guided tours on a series of dates at 2pm and there will be many set soon throughout 2017.
At the GSPCA we have seen a fantastic response to our recent Birthday and Special occasion guided tours and have already got many booked in over the coming weeks.
Last weekend we held another two special tours to celebrate three birthdays and everyone had a great time seeing and even handling some of the animals.
From young to old we now offer a unique experience for a loved one, family member or friend to see behind the scenes at the GSPCA.

Despite a very windy afternoon once again the Donkey Derby was a lovely family day out on Saturday.
We are hugely grateful to the Lions Club of Guernsey that hold the annual event and we had a great day last weekend.
We raised over £500 and would like to thank all that helped and supported our very busy stall.

For the fifth year in a row the GSPCA attended the West Show which was held on Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th August 2016 and from all at the Animal Shelter we would like to say a huge thank you to all involved with what was a wonderful event.
Our GSPCA stall had all the favourite games, pet supplies and goods on sale and helped raise over £1800 for the many animals in our care and a huge thanks to all that donated and supported our very busy stall.
The Donkey Derby is always a lovely family day out and why not pop along to see the GSPCA and many other charity stalls this Saturday.

Last night the GSPCA and Hearing Dogs for Deaf People teamed up to for an evening at the GSPCA to see behind the scenes, refreshments and a talk about the work at the Animal Shelter.
The tour started 6pm and those attending got to see the lovely grounds at the GSPCA and the many animals in the care of the Shelter.
With Olivia the loggerhead turtle soon to be flown south the group were lucky enough to see her having her evening squid.
After the tour of the facilities the group enjoyed a chat with GSPCA Manager Steve Byrne over a hot drink and biscuits.
