Over recent weeks the GSPCA have been appealing for donations of towels and blankets and the quantity received has been incredible.
Last weekend the 3rd St Martins Scouts arrived with a large bag of towels and linen.
GSPCA Training and Community Officer said “It has been amazing to see how kind everyone has been donating blankets and towels to the GSPCA.”
“Our stores have been filled to the ceilings and we are so thankful to everyone that has been so kind.”

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said “We are so thankful to everyone that has helped donate towels, bedding and long shredded paper recently.”
“With over 500 animals in our care the amount of bedding we use every day means our washers are going day and night.”
“This week we celebrate 146 years with #GSPCAPurpleWeek and there are many ways to get involved including if you are having a spring clean we always really appreciate towels and blankets.”
