The GSPCA would like to thank ACTIVE (formerly M.E.N.F.U.N) and all that supported the sunny car boot sale at the Alliance car park yesterday.
With the sun shining dozens of cars turned out and hundreds of shoppers attended looking for a bargain.
The GSPCA raised a wonderful £270 through the stall and shared proceeds from the car boot stalls.

Despite a cold and foggy morning dozens of cars turned out and hundreds of shoppers attended looking for a bargain.
The GSPCA raised a wonderful £220 through the stall and shared proceeds from the car boot stalls.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said "This is the second year we have been invited to share and take part in car boot sales with Active and we are hugely grateful to them and all that support the events."
The GSPCA would like to say a huge thank you to the staff and team at the Homemaker Co-op store in St Sampsons.
On Sunday the Homemaker staff made cakes, dressed up as Giant Animal Mascots and ran a Car Boot Sale to raise funds for the GSPCA.
There was face painting and lots of cars attended the event on what was a very sunny day.
The GSPCA attended and sold a variety of goods including their own van boot full of goods on sale.
A grand total of £369.53 was raised and the GSPCA are extremely grateful to Homemaker Co-op and all that supported.
Car Boot Sale in aid of the GSPCA on Sunday June 22nd 9.30am set up for a 10am start until 2pm.
It will be held at the Homemaker Car Park, Lowlands Industrial Site, St Sampsons with food, drink and face painting available.
Pitch Price £5 and please pay on the day.

The GSPCA would like to thank MENFUN for inviting us to join them last Sunday with their Car Boot Sale in the Alliance Car Park.
We also have to thank all the brave sellers that supported the event on what was a very windy and occasionally showery day.
Steve Byrne and Helen Holmes from the GSPCA took a stall down with a selection of goods, bric-a-brac and clothes.
On Sunday the 13th October staff from the Homemaker Co-op organised a Car Bot Sale to help raise funds for the GSPCA.
With over 40 sellers and the weather holding off a successful morning was had by all and a bit of fun with some of the staff dressing as Giant Animal Mascots collecting on the day.
In total over £400 was raised and the GSPCA would like to thank the staff at the Homemaker Co-op and all those that supported on the day.
