Last night The Pavilion hosted the Dingley Dell Flying Visits 14th event and first of its kind in Guernsey. The Dingley Dell Flying Visits are a series of events celebrating the journey of the pig from farm to plate.

On Saturday the 19th October at 10am the ITV Channel Online Presenter Rob Moore will be unavailing a local artists wildlife pictures in the Events Room at the Animal Shelter in St Andrews for the GSPCA.
There will be 22 works of art on show in various mediums that can be viewed up until Thursday 24th October when they will be transported to St Pierre Park Hotel to be auctioned off to the highest bidders and those gathered can enjoy drinks and nibbles sponsored by the Heritage Group.
On Saturday night 70 diners enjoyed a night hosted by the stars of the Guernsey edition of Come Dine With Me which aired earlier this month.
Mike Huston from Island FM, Kay Davidson, Ben Inder and the winner of the show Gemma Sparkes entertained the guests at the Pavilion whilst Chef Tony Leck and his team assisted by Gemma served up the winning three courses.
