Specsavers teams seeing the GSPCA is helped out in lots of ways – huge thanks from all our team and animals #WithoutUs

The GSPCA are hugely grateful to the staff at Specsavers who have given so much time to help animals and the work of the GSPCA over recent months.

Tim Pellett GSPCA Training and Community Officer said “On the 15th May, 4th June and 8th June we have greeted amazing volunteers from Specsavers.”

“On the 15th May we had 3 wonderful volunteers from Specsavers who helped with decorating our Chapel of Rest which is a peaceful area bereaved owners can spend time with their animals such as the many killed on our roads.”

Huge thanks to the Ocorian staff helping out in May and twice in June at the GSPCA

The GSPCA  are hugely grateful to the staff at Ocorian who have given so much time to help animals and the work of the GSPCA.

Tim Pellett GSPCA Training and Community Officer said “On the 17th May, 10th June and 20th June we have greeted amazing volunteers from Ocorian.”

“On the 17th May 3 volunteers from Ocorian gave time to help with gardening and especially our hanging baskets and were brilliant as we are always trying to help the wildlife and biodiversity.”

A massive thanks to Matt Hale and the team at Clarity supporting the GSPCA with our IT in so many ways - #WithoutUs #WithoutYou

The GSPCA are hugely grateful to Clarity and Director Matt Hale for all their support to the GSPCA.

For nearly 10 years they have provided invaluable support and last week was just another of the often weekly and monthly visits of voluntary time and kind IT gifts to ensure we can have the much needed infrastructure we require.

Huge thanks to the RBS staff who helped out at the GSPCA yesterday

At the GSPCA we always love to hear from those wanting to help us out and there are so many ways from volunteering to donating, supporting projects to attending our events.

Yesterday we were delighted once again to welcome back staff members from RBS who gave up a day in the office to help us out at the GSPCA.

Last year after Storm Ciaran a team helped with the clearing up and yesterday 6 RBS volunteers arrived to help around site.

GSPCA team member Tim Pellett greeted them and helped coordinate what was a very busy day.

Huge thanks to staff from BNP Paribas helping out at the GSPCA just before Christmas

On Friday 8th December 2 staff gave up a day in the office to help out at the GSPCA.

Sharon williams from BNP Paribus said “I really enjoyed my day volunteering at the GSPCA.”

“I got to walk some of the dogs and socialising some of the cats looking to be re-homed.”

“What a great way to spend the day - it beats writing minutes!!!!”

On Wednesday 22nd November 4 staff members from Horsepool Consulting gave up a day in the office to help us out at the GSPCA and after the recent storm damage we are hugely grateful to all that have helped.

Huge thanks to RBS staff for helping out at the GSPCA – GSPCA Celebrating 150 years

Last Wednesday the GSPCA have had a wonderful group of 7 staff volunteering from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

Their team arrived at 9am and were greeted by Training and Community Officer Tim Pellet and helped in many areas around the GSPCA Animal Shelter in St Andrews.

Tim Pellett GSPCA Community and Training Officer said “It was great to greet, meet and get the lovely team from RBS helping around the GSPCA last Wednesday.”

“They were a great help and helped in the wedding and tidying around the GSPCA and spruced up our Memorial Garden.”

Huge thanks to the fantastic RBS International team helping out at the GSPCA

Last month staff from RBS International spent a day volunteering at the GSPCA.

5 RBS International staff arrived at 9am to be greeted by Tim Pellett the GSPCA Training and Community Officer.

They started with a lovely picture at the front of the Animal Shelter before they began a day of helping around site doing a huge amount.

Through the day they learnt about much of our work and met many of the team and finished with a tour of the site to see the many animals and much of our work.
