On Saturday 21st June the GSPCA & Grow Limited have teamed up to put on a fund raiser at the Grow Limited site on Les Petit Quartiers, Coutanchez, St Sampsons.
Starting at 10am and running until 3pm there will be lots to see and do.
From animals looking for homes to a huge plant sale, bric-a-brac to a BBQ with RSPCA Freedom Food from Perelle Butchers, cake sale to tombola, pop along and join in the fun.
All money raised is being split between Grow Limited and the GSPCA, so not only will you be helping animals in Guernsey but also people with learning disabilities (see more about what Grow Ltd do below).
There is additional parking only 250 yards away, and priority parking for disabled badge holders on and near the site.

Guernsey’s Rural Occupational Workshop (GROW), the first in the Channel Islands was founded by the Guernsey Society for the learning disabled (now Guernsey Mencap LBG) and officially opened by the then Bailiff Sir Charles Frossard on the 14th July 1989. Their function is to provide training and sheltered work for people with a learning disability in horticulture and related craft industries. The selling of their produce at their Les Petit Quartiers site and particularly the garden centre project and the garden maintenance team provide the opportunity for interaction between their sponsored attendees and the general public.
