On the 15th May 2016 10am to 4pm the GSPCA will be organising a day to celebrate the animals in Guernsey and all the wonderful work that is done to care for them.
We are extremely grateful to all those that made last 4 years such great days and we are hoping this years will be bigger and better.
There will be stalls and fun for all the family - all with an animal theme.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said "Lorna Prince GSPCA Animal Welfare Manager, myself and the team are once again organising our Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday and this year it is happening on the 15th May."
"There will be many of the fun fantastic events like the Mascot Race which we are looking for racers, fun dog show, picture show, some of the animals at the Shelter and much more going on."
"We are looking for anyone looking to help with entertainment and for stall holders to register as soon as they can."
"All forms to book your place can be found on our website or please pop into the Shelter in St Andrews or even send me an email."
"The Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday is the BIGGEST day of the year to celebrate animals in Guernsey and we hugely appreciate all the support we get each year from thousands of islanders and visitors."
"If anyone would like to help please do get in touch."
"Not only is the Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday a great way for us to celebrate animals in Guernsey it is also a great chance to help raise fun for the hundreds in our care like Olivia the turtle and Bonnie the seal pup."

Once again we will be holding a Giant Animal Mascot Race but this year there are a few twists.
This is open to mascots and individuals prepared to dress as an animal.
We are asking businesses, pubs, individuals or anyone as a team of 4 or an individual.
Don't worry about what to wear we will provide the Giant Animal Mascot suit and have over 70 available.
To join in the team race which will be a little like 'It's A Knockout' we are asking you to raise funds for the Shelter (ideally a minimum £25 per person) for a team or the same if you would like to race individually..
All the money raised will go towards helping animals in Guernsey.
There is no cost but we do ask you raise sponsorship (ideally £25 per person minimum) which will cover the cost of the animal outfit, an advert in our Springand Summer Newsletter, allow you to put a banner up on the day and be part of a fun fund raising event.
We are looking to have a Fancy Dress Childrens Race and if you know of anyone that would like to take part please do get in touch.
