The GSPCA carry out dozens of educational talks every month. Unfortunately we have had limited equipment, but we are pleased to announce that we have recently received a very kind donation that has helped us to purchase resources that brings the GSPCA talks into the 21st century.
The Guernsey Post’s Supporting Together Committee have made a donation that has helped the GSPCA to purchase a projector, screen and the additional equipment to help give the GSPCA talks a much more visual and interactive experience.
Cassy Morris, Communication Co-ordinator and member of Guernsey Post’s Supporting Together Committee said: "When the Committee heard of the hard work that's carried out by the GSPCA, educating both children and adults on topics such as animal care and prevention of cruelty to animals, we just had to help. We are delighted that we have been able to contribute to this very worthy cause and we hope that our donation will enable the GSPCA to continue with their invaluable work."
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager “We are so grateful to Guernsey Post for their kind donation as education is at the core of the GSPCA's heart in spreading the message of animal care, promoting kindness and preventing suffering.” “By the end of this year the GSPCA will have given talks to thousands of children and adults and this equipment will help in delivering our message.”
