A Howler of a Halloween Ball thanks to Sidneys Sponsored Events & all that supported in aid of the GSPCA

On Saturday evening the St Pierre Park Hotel was packed with ghosts and monsters raising funds for the GSPCA and animals in Guernsey.

Thanks to Corinne Connolly and Sidneys Sponsored Events a room was packed with amazing fancy dress, great dancers, entertainment and finished with a full dance floor thanks to City Limits.

Through the night a huge selection of raffle prizes were on offer thanks to many local individuals and businesses, an auction with a wonderful night and 3 course meal at the St Pierre Park Hotel, a Vampire and Witch take of heads and tails, a few prizes for the best fancy dress and much more all in aid of raising funds for the hundreds of animals at the Shelter in St Andrews.

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager and Grim Reaper on the evening said "What an amazing evening we all had on Saturday and the fancy dress was superb at Sidneys Sponsored Events Halloween Howler Ball."

"The room was packed and tables filled with ghouls and vampires, zombies and witches and the evening was full of surprises from wonderful entertainment with Vanessa James & Danceography to Diane Piper Arabesque Dance Company & the two Showgirls who did a superb job welcoming everyone and not forgetting Lydia Pugh who sang here heart out setting the scene and atmosphere."

"After a lovely meal and a lot of fun City Limits played to fill the dance floor and top the night off with a great vibe."

"A huge thank you to Corinne and all that helped put together a wonderful evening and as soon as we know how much has been raised we will let you know."

"As soon as we have a final total of how much was raised we will of course let everyone know and thanks again to all involved."

Corinne Connolly organisor and witch at the Ball said "Thank you to the people who have helped me in numerous ways with the Halloween Ball."

"It was a great night and we couldn't do it without all of those that donate the prizes, the entertainers, the hotel and of course all that supported the evening."

"I'm already planning the next evening in aid of the GSPCA and tables are going fast for the Swede Dreamz Tribute Band presenting an evening of ABBA on Friday 28th April 2017."
