Last Tuesday 4 volunteers from the Aon Insurance Managers (Guernsey) Limited (Aon) spent the day helping at the GSPCA Animal Shelter in Guernsey.
From the GSPCA and all of our team we would like to say a huge thank you to the Aon staff for all of their help.
The team arrived at 9am where they had a short induction with GSPCA Training and Community Manager Tim Pellett before a quick picture at the front of the Shelter then got stuck in around site helping with some much needed decorating.
After a day of helping around the GSPCA the group were thanked for all their help.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said "Once again we are hugely grateful to the team from Aon who helped us at the GSPCA last Tuesday."
"This is the third year their team has helped and it was great to meet the 4 staff from Aon who helped with much needing decorations."
"We currently aren’t recruiting for volunteers but as things improve we will review this in the new year but any corporates wanting to help please do get in touch.”
Tim Pellett GSPCA Training and Community Officer said “The team from Aon were a great help on Tuesday last week.”
“We have many old buildings and although we were hoping to rebuild a few this year sadly the pandemic has put a hold on those projects.”
“Thank you so much to Aon for all of their help.”
