Just before Christmas we rehomed a lovely tortie female cat called Mittens who is now called Coco and is very much enjoying her new home.
Coco recently sent this lovely message -
‘Hello all of you at the GSPCA
I am sending this message to you all to let you know how I am getting on in my new home. I was adopted just two weeks ago.
Well I have settled in very well and my new owners are very pleased with me. I eat very well and keep myself clean and smart. Right from the start I decided to sleep at the end of their bed but don’t disturb them while they sleep which they are pleased about.
I have the run of all the house so can get plenty of exercise when I dash about, which is quite a lot. I love to play hide and seek with them, I hide and they spend quite a time looking for me, it’s great fun!
I still have two weeks to go before I am let into the garden and I will be going out wearing a collar and a lead in case I get scared and run away, I have had my final injection at the vets so I am now in very good health.
I am thanking you all very much for finding me and looking after me so well. My new owners love me very much and I know I will be happy with them.
With love from Coco (my owners wanted to change my name from Mittens to Coco, I do not mind as I can ignore anything they call me!)
Love from Coco Pleasant. I will keep in touch, hope you like the photos X’
