The Outlook is Warmer at the GSPCA thanks to Guernsey Gas

After hearing that a new gas boiler was on the GSPCA’s wish list for improvements to their facilities, Guernsey Gas has stepped in, fitting and providing a brand new Vaillant gas condensing boiler for the animal welfare charity.
Steve Byrne from the GSPCA explained: "Our old boiler had fallen into disrepair."
"Without hot water we are unable to carry out many of the tasks required to care for some of the animals we look after."
"This includes washing oiled sea birds, cleaning out animal enclosures and general cleaning for implements and utensils."
"Staff were having to transport water from other areas, making it quite time consuming."
"As a charity we rely totally on the support of the local community so are extremely grateful to Guernsey Gas for providing and fitting our new boiler."
Steve Marshall, Technical Sales Representative at Guernsey Gas said: "Guernsey Gas is pleased to support GSPCA and installing a new high efficiency boiler will also help with reducing their running / fuel costs."
"This will enable them to spend their funds on the critical activities surrounding the welfare of animals."
