Please sponsor Richard who is facing his 'No Drink' challenge to raise funds for the GSPCA

From Monday the 14th October until and including the 13th November Richard Hardie (you may know from the Livingroom) will not be drinking any alcohol to raise funds for the GSPCA.

Richard Hardie said 'If anyone would like to sponsor me you can pop in to our office or on the GSPCA website.'

'My partner Simon will be keeping tabs on me including when we are away for a week!'

'Essentially there is never a good time to do it and the motivation is to raise money for the GSPCA, get fit, loose weight and it is also a challenge.'

'I am up to about £500 already but trying to raise as much as I can to help the Animal Shelter and work of the GSPCA.'

'Anyone else wishing to sponsor me through this blog would be much appreciated and giving to a good cause.'

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said 'We are so grateful to Richard for taking on this challenge especially knowing the he is coming to our Masquerade Ball next month.'

'Every penny helps make a difference to animals in Guernsey and we really appreciate it.'

19th October until 24th October 9am - 6pm - with a few late evening openings planned	Art Exhibition of Art Work from Mark Bayliss at the GSPCA Animal Shelter - Free Entry but donations welcomed
Thursday 24th October – 7.45pm	Art Auction at St Pierre Park Hotel Sponsored by the Heritage Group. If you book a meal at the Victor Hugo Restaurant at the St Pierre Park Hotel then a donation from every meal will be made to the GSPCA. Also the Pavilion will be opening on the evening with their Tennerfest menu and they too are donating proceeds from each meal to the GSPCA.
