Yesterday the GSPCA had the privilege of showing some of the Doctor and Nursing staff from the Guernsey A&E Department around the facilities of the Animal Shelter.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager greeted the 10 visitors just after lunch on what was a lovely sunny afternoon.
We have all been in awe of our Health Service, especially in the last year and a half and what was even more caring of them was last Friday they held a cake sale and raised an awesome £267.92 to help the many animals and work of the GSPCA.

“They work incredibly hard and long hours and they all got the chance to see the 24/7 work we carry out here at the GSPCA.”
“It was a fantastic tour talking about our work and it was made even more special by an incredible donation of £267.92 they raised by running a cake sale on Friday.”
“Not only did they get to see everything from baby birds to hedgehogs they also got to have a lovely group picture with some of the tortoise at the GSPCA.”
“To all that got involved and that visited a huge thank you for your amazing support.”
