Last Friday to Sunday the GSPCA were at Pets at Home with GSPCA team members and a few of our teams animals and some from the Shelter.
We were helping sell their Scratch Cards for the Support Adoption for Pets Summer Fundraising Drive with the sales of tickets in Guernsey helping the many animals at the GSPCA. Also we had other raffle tickets on sale and even had the Pets at Home Manager locked up in a cage raising funds for the GSPCA.
The GSPCA would like to thank all involved and supported for a fun three days raising funds for the many animals at the GSPCA.
Michelle Champion Event Organiser said “A huge thank you to Pets at Home, Support Adoption for Pets, our volunteers and all supported us last week at the Summer Fundraising Drive.”
“We are attending and running events all through the summer and always in need of volunteers to help raise the funds for the animals at the Shelter and talk to those interested in our work at the GSPCA.”
“It is very busy at this time of year not only with events but also the animals needing help at the GSPCA.”

“Last night we had 2 baby hedgehogs, a baby bird, injured gull and a rodent rescued to mention just a few that arrived in the last 24 hours at the GSPCA.”
“From animals looking for homes to those that have been abandoned, the wildlife in need to the strays we help its certainly one of the busiest times of year for us at the GSPCA so every penny raised helps those in our care.”
“There are many ways to support our work from volunteering to becoming an Angel pen Pal Sponsor.”
