Recently Carrie O'Regan from Island FM popped into the GSPCA with a wonderful donation.
Island FM along with Regency Bedding, Cherry Godfrey and DWA Flooring have helped with some major events this year and not only helped promote them they also helped raise additional funds.
Regency Bedding with Island FM helped organise and run the Easter Eggstravaganze at Rue Mainguy in April and DWA Flooring with Island FM helped with the Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday in May. At both events Island FM brought along the Cherry Godfrey Cash Shower.
Combining all, the events raised an amazing and additional £1258 in aid of the GSPCA and we and the animals are hugely grateful to everyone involved with both events and all of the support to make the two fantastic and enjoyable days.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said "The Easter Eggstravaganza and Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday are two of the BIGGEST events we have held at the GSPCA and we are hugely grateful to Island FM, Regency Bedding, Cherry Godfrey and DWA Flooring for all of their support help and the wonderful donation dropped off by Carrie recently."
"With so many animals in our care every penny helps make a huge difference to help the baby birds to the 80 hedgehogs in our care."
"We have an extremely busy summer of events with the next happening tomorrow at Le Friquet Garden Centre as we have a Family Fun Day and we hope everyone can pop down and see us."
