Earlier today at the GSPCA we had an elderly cat arrive in a semi collapsed state.

The female tabby and white cat was found in Perelle and has a number of ailments.

Sadly no collar or microchip was found and she has been rushed to the vets where she is currently on a drip.

She has been called Cesca but we are appealing for an owner to come forward and if you have lost a cat in the Perelle area of an older age with no microchip then please call us on 01481 257261.

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said "In less than a week we have just had the third stray cat found in a collapsed state."

"One we found the owner very quickly, the second Elmo a ginger male we are still looking for the owner and he really isn't well and Cesca who came in today has been rushed to the vets and is on a drip."

"We would urge all owners to microchip their cats and at the GSPCA it is only £4.99."

"Please help us spread the word via social media and if you live in Perelle ask your neighbours to help us find Cesca the cats owners."
