The GSPCA would like to say a huge thank you to join The Guernsey Round Table for their wonderful Harbour Carnival which took place on Friday 19th July.
This amazing event this year was in aid of MUG and Guernsey Mind, two fantastic local charities doing great things to help islanders and we were so grateful to be able to attend with our fly and be involved with the Man Powered Flight.
Seb Goman GSPCA Animal Care Assistant said “We entered a team in the Man Powered Flight and this year we were a group of gulls chasing a packet of chips.”
“It was great fun although due to the rain we were wet before we even jumped in the water.”
“As a charity entering a team we will have a £500 donation and a big thank you from us all at the GSPCA as it will help the many animals in our care.”
Michelle Champion GSPCA Stall Organisor said “It was a very wet Guernsey Round Table Harbour Carnival but it was lovely to see so many come down and support us all despite the weather.”
