GSPCA Easter & Cupcake Week Pop Up Shop thanks to OSA Recruitment opens tomorrow

This Easter and from tomorrow the GSPCA are pleased to announce that thanks to OSA Recruitment we will be in town with a Pop Up Easter & Cupcake Shop.
During Easter Week the shop will have everything you need for animals this Spring, Cupcakes to celebrate the second GSPCA Cupcake Week and lots for the kids.
We are setting up the shop today and it will be open from Saturday 23rd March until Easter Saturday 30th March (closed Sunday and Good Friday) between 9am and 5pm and on sale will be -
Dog, cat and small animal Easter Eggs
Other Easter treats for you pets Bird feed and feeders to help them make a good start this Spring
Hedgehog food to help our prickly friends as they wake from hibernation
Meet some of the Shelter rabbits looking for new homes
Pick up your treasure hunt form to find the GSPCA animals around St Peter Port
A small selection of confectionery including Fairtrade chocolate
Lots of cuddly toys including Easter and Giant Rabbits that smell of chocolate
Flashing, glowing rabbits and chick
Rabbit keyring and duck bag danglers
Bric-a-brac
Pet supplies
and much more.............
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said 'Helen Holmes one of the Shelter staff will be there with volunteers once again helping out to help us raise funds for the Shelter.'
'The Christmas Pop Up Shop was a huge success and we hope that this Easter passers by will Spring in to our Easter Pop Up Shop thanks to OSA Recruitment.'
'We would like to remind everyone who maybe thinking of a pet rabbit as a gift this Easter that they can live for an average 7 - 8 years and need a lot of care and that rabbits are not just for Easter.'
Helen Holmes said 'It was lovely to see all the support we had at Christmas and are really looking forward to opening the GSPCA Easter Pop Up Shop tomorrow to help raise funds for the hundreds of animals and birds at the Shelter.'
'We have some fantastic Easter goodies for your pets, children and your loved ones as well as yummy cakes to celebrate the GSPCA Cupcake Week.'
'If anyone would like to help, make cakes for us or donate anything from bric-a-brac to Spring daffodils to sell and raise funds for the GSPCA please give me a call at the Shelter on 01481 257261 or email me on [email protected] .'
'Also if anyone would like to help volunteer please let me know or just pop in and say Hi.'
There will be lots at the Easter Pop Up Shop to see, do and buy and if you are lucky you may even see the Easter Bunny pass through.
The GSPCA are very grateful to OSA Recruitment for allowing us to hold a GSPCA Easter Pop Up Shop and we look forward seeing you there from tomorrow.
