Wonderful update from baby guinea pigs Choc Chip and Panda adopted from the GSPCA

Last month two baby guinea pigs arrived at the GSPCA after a lady who was gifted a female guinea pig was found to be pregnant and asked for our help.
The two lovely little bundles of cuteness were named Choc Chip and Panda and after a short stay at the GSPCA were quickly found a loving new home.
Were have just been sent this message from the lovely new owner "You may remember us as Choc Chip and Panda the tiny baby guineas, but we have had a little name change to Billy and Clive."
"We thought we would send you an email to let you know how we are getting on in our new life a month on, and how happy we are in our new forever home."
"We have a massive two storey hutch which we love in the garage, and an indoor play pen which we come in once a day for a good bit of playtime on the seesaw, among other toys!"
"And Mum has promised us a big outdoor garden run to spend time in, in the summer."
"We have a new jack russell brother called Reggie who gives us endless kisses and love, its great!"
"Thank you for giving us such a great start in life, and looking after us until our Mum found out we needed a new home."
"Here is a couple of photos so you can see how big we have gotten, and us trying the Christmas tradition that is brussel sprouts for the first time!"
"Thanks again GSPCA for having both of us for our short stay, from us and our Mummy."
"Have a very Merry Christmas. Love Bill and Clive, Mum Hannah of course!"
Yvonne Chauvel Senior Animal Care Assistant said "It is wonderful to see how well Choc Chip and Panda are doing and what lovely new names they have."
"We are very lucky that we rehome young animals very quickly and it is lovely to see then so happy."
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said "Although we don't currently have any guinea pigs in need of homes we do have rabbits, ferrets, snakes, birds, a degu, tropical fish, dogs, cats and others and over the Christmas period we only rehome animals that are ideal for the circumstances they are going into."

"We are so happy for Choc Chip and Panda and we love updates on how animals are doing after they are adopted at the GSPCA."
Steve continues "We love seeing pictures of Guernsey animals and we are currently running a competition with Beau Cinema to win tickets to see the film Secret Life of Pets on January 15th."
